Raye Lynn Rath

As a teacher, Raye Lynn offers a slow, yet strong and deliberate practice meant to encourage an internal softening to get her students out of their heads and to acknowledge their Self. Her intention for her students is to guide them to feel the movement of the breath as the agent to clear congestion and to sense the movement of their body as the catalyst for letting go of all the things they been holding onto. Her desire is that students experience the movement of the energy in and around their body, and that they remember their center, power, strength and alignment within themselves to their Self. Raye Lynn is a teacher at the Yoga Institute in Clear Lake and offers 200 Hr Teacher Training through Sacred Art Yoga.

Kim Taurins

Mother of three, business owner and student of humanity are three of the most humbling qualities Kim has the proud honor of claiming as the reason for her on going study of yoga and daoist philosophy. Her children taught her that actions speak louder than words. They are so worth the practice of happiness and steadiness. Owning a business has taught Kim to fall in love with what she does because if she focuses on the results she will lose sight of why she started in the first place. And finally humanity has taught Kim to seek common ground for it is there she finds compassion and connection. Kim is a registered yoga teacher ERYT-500, Daoist Priest and founder of Four Dragons Yoga in the Heights.

MK LeMaster

Yoga brings Mary Kathryn home and it is an honor to turn on the light for students making their way to the practice of slowing down. To help them connect to their own inner teacher and guide with the support of props and the wisdom of the breath. Slow is power. It opens the gateway to mindful present living in our hectic world. Yoga helps us reclaim this simplicity as we take the seat in front of love. MK teaches restorative yoga and breath work meditation classes at the Breathing Room. She is also creator of Breathe Big, which provides clarity coaching, personal development, intuitive living programs for entrepreneurs and hosts deep rest ranch retreats in Southeast Texas focusing on Nature medicine, Breathing Big, and Inner Awareness.
